MyStarHost Money Back & Refund Policy
We try to keep our Money Back & refund Policy as simple as it can. But if you have any question, feel
free to contact our Sales Deptt. by sending an e-mail to sales@mystarhost.com.
Money Back Policy
We offer 7 Days unconditional money back on Shared Hosting & Reseller Hosting Plans as long as the
plan has not violated our Terms of Services. If any account has been suspended or Terminated for
violating our Terms of Services then they are not entitled for Moneyback. To receive money back, you
need to open a support ticket at Support Deptt. You need not to provide any reason for getting money
back, however if you do provide reason then that will help us improving our service.
* 7 Days Money back is not provided on Dedicated Servers.
* 7 Days Money back does not include any license fees, domain registration fees as it is paid to third
party. For example, if you ordered VPS with cPanel then you will receive money back for the VPS after
deducting the license fees of cPanel.
Refund Policy
Apart from money back guarantee, we also have best refund policy in the market. If you paid for Half
Yearly or Annual payment term and during your term if ever you wish to get your account terminated
(due to any reason whatsoever) you can get back your remaining money. All you need to do is to open
a Support Ticket with our Support Deptt. stating the reason why you want your service to be
terminated. We will look into the matter and will provide you the money of remaining duration of your
hosting period (in months not counting current month) then we will issue your refund.
Paypal Disputes
If you don’t have any valid reason to start a paypal dispute and have started a dispute then you will
have to bear an Administrative charge of $100 if you loose your Dispute.
